Would it be Rude?

As you know, my boys are the QB's for the football team. . .The coach mentions the boys occassionally in the newspaper and every time our last name is spelled wrong. . .Would it be rude to ask the coach to spell our name right?

I would go to my local newspaper and give them the correct spelling. Of course, I live in a small town where I feel comfortable doing that. Regardless, I don't think it would be rude to tell the coach.

ha,ha...my word verification is:
angstzzr---what you feel when you see your last name spelled wrong!

It's just a question of how you would do it. I'm tossing up between the direct approach, which may not grab is attention, or giving him something to remember like "Hey! I thought my boys were the quarter backs! Who the hell are these new kids?"

Thanks all! ! ! I'm sure Coooch would look at me like I had been drinking Pamela. . .LOL

Yes, Songbird, do feel angstzzr when I see the name. . .It's so silly, because the head Coach and 2 of the assistant coaches have my boys in class. . .

Willowtree, I probably shouldn't use those exact words. . .I've asked the Coaches (Cooches) to please help me enforce a clean mouth in my boys. . .LOL

Hell yes. Tell him, tell someone, anyone. Just get it fixed. That would drive anyone crazy.
