New Camera
Okay peeps we got a new camera. . . .Yes, that was how I got the picture of Bud's nasty toe. . .Sorry. . .
Don't mean to seem like I am copying Ree but WOW will it take some SWEET pictures! ! !
These are pictures I took of a flower arrangement Bud gave to JJ's mom for her birthday. . .I was playing with the Macro lens.
Bud was shooting some pics with it and got one of Birddog. . .
My Birddog complained all night long when he couldn't watch Boston Legal due to all the election coverage. . ."Do they not realize that not everyone wants to watch this shit all night long? Cover it on the news and let us watch tv."
Beware! I will be posting pictures as we learn to use our new toy! ! !

Julie - We got a Nikon D50 and it came with 2 lens'. . .We have a lot to learn about it and still have some things that we want to buy to get even better shots of the boys playing ball. . .
Thanks on the nice shots compliment. . .I will have to use all of you for opinions on does and don'ts as we play with the different settings, etc.
Yes, Bud will be able to play basketball. . .He goes to PT today and will go I believe 3 times a week for the next 2 or 3 weeks. . .They are doing the toe on the 17th and the doctor said that he would be back and ready to go on the following Monday (20th). . .Their first game is Dec. 1. . .
Scoop's first game is next Monday (13th). . .WOW. . .
Claudia - Birddog is a HUGE Boston Legal fan! He gets mad at us and will even leave the room and go to another if one of us is on the computer in the living room typing so that he doesn't get distracted.

I love it! Someone else in love with their new camera! I got a D70 and I don't have a macro lens, but I want one terrible!!!!
Have you found flickr yet? You can post your pictures there, post them to groups and have comments. Great way to get feedback on your pictures and helpful hints on how to improve.
Vicki I know several of our fellow bloggers use flickr. . .I have not yet looked into that but sounds like I need to. We'll have to share as we learn! ! !
