Bet you Forgot About this. . .

Remember Bud's truck? Here's the before the wreck - clear back on July 28th. . .

Then we had the repair begins. . . .sanding, etc.





The repair is still ongoing - - - but the cab HAS PAINT! ! ! ! Yeah!

Isn't this cool? I didn't get to go see it with Bud and Birddog (studying - UG) - but they say the blue is absolutely gorgeous! I knew when Mr. Hankey said that the blue was pretty that we had chose the right color. . .(You gotta know the guy. :) - he doesn't say things like that. . .)

He still has the bed to work on - but hopefully the end of this week we can bring the cab home and start re-wiring all the power to the windows and Bud has bought neons to put under it. . .
Then when we take it back - we hope to be able to surprise Bud with the FINALLY FINISHED PROJECT. . . This has taken quite a bit longer than we planned - but I think the wait will be WELL WORTH IT!
