Still Among the Living

Just a quick note to let my blogging friends I am still among the living.

This semester has really bit me. I apologize for not visiting and posting but my free time is occupied with homework and baseball games. . .

I do have to brag while I have the chance. . . My Scoop is the only freshman that is starting varsity. . .My Bud has played several positions since the season started with his latest being cather. . .Bud has only played catcher for ONE OTHER GAME in the years that he has been playing baseball. :) . . Scoop loves the position of catcher but hasn't been given the opportunity to show his stuff behind the plate - he has been playing short-stop and doing a fine job! ! ! :) Think I might be a little bias? hehe

I promise to visit and post as often as possible. . . .I do intend to post some of my graphics works but have to figure out what I am doing. . .Might have to go about it a different way - I will let you know! ! !

Please know that I am thinking about you all! ! !

How Does This Work?

I don't understand how HTML stuff works. . . All my stuff for my Graphics Animation class is done in Flash and I have my project done and am supposed to post it to the web. . .Well, what a better place to do it than here - right? Well, I can't get the dumb think to post. . . .

I could really use some help and if any of you would be willing to help me - please leave me a comment or email me at birddogswife@suddenlink.net. . .I am supposed to have it posted to the web by tomorrow. . .

Keep this in mind when you have something to return and the store gives you a hard time

A woman went to a K-Mart service counter and told the clerk she wanted a refund for the toaster she bought because it won't work. The clerk told her that he can't give her a refund because she bought it on special.

Suddenly, the woman threw her arms up in the air and started screaming, PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES!!!!!!"

The befuddled clerk ran away to get the store manager in front of a growing crowd of customers.

The manager comes to the woman and asks,"Ma'am what's wrong?" She explained the problem with the toaster, and he also told her that he can't give her a refund because she bought it on special.

Once again, the woman throws her arms up in the air and screamed, PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES, PINCH MY NIPPLES!!!" and doing so draws an even bigger crowd!

In shock, the store manager pleads, "Ma'am, why are you saying that?"

In a huff, the woman says, BECAUSE, I LIKE TO HAVE MY NIPPLES PINCHED WHEN I'M BEING SCREWED!!"

The crowd broke into applause and her money was quickly refunded!!

Testing for Class Project
